We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, ambitious Sales Executive who will be prospecting new business based in our New York office in Manhattan.   • Develop, then maintain business in the direct sale of airless and atmospheric dispensing systems, tubes, and jars to the cosmetic and skin care markets using consultative selling skills
  • Responsible for attainment of annual sales goals through the Fusion business review process, new account development and account retention
  • Work closely with in-house design and development team to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions
  • Develop, produce and present sales proposals to customers demonstrating our ability to offer creative solution based programs
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels & cross-function of clients including Purchasing, Packaging Development & Marketing
  • Solicit new accounts through past relationships or cold calling
  • Work closely with client throughout life cycle of project
  • Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested
  • Maintain a clean and neat professional appearance


  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college required
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the packaging or a cross market industry selling to the personal care market required

The Director of Product Development for Fusion Accelerate is the key leader responsible for the overall formulation portfolio created specifically for Fusion Accelerate and ensures the successful execution of all new product launches and the competitive position of the overall portfolio. The main objective of this position is to create an ongoing pipeline of innovative skincare and hybrid products. As a turnkey solution provider, Product Development must work hand in hand with the packaging division to ensure innovation in both formula and packaging. The Director of Product Development for Fusion Accelerate will be responsible for ensuring all products are launched on time and with high quality and will actively seek out new trends and opportunities that will further support and provide growth to Fusion Accelerate.

  • Maintain keen awareness of global skincare, color and industry trends to create ongoing pipeline of next level products
  • Manage tracking and reporting of beauty trends, looks and industry competitive launches primarily in skincare and complexion
  • Work with packaging and creative team with regards to packaging portfolio and new package ideation to create and evaluate new formulas and technologies

  • Navigate and understand the COG’s, P & L and how they impact the business from a product and category level to the brand level
  • Work with Third Party Manufacturers to create and commercialize concepts and confirming manufacturing capabilities
  • Manage Third Party Manufacturers development and testing for all sampling to ensure products are stable
  • Understands fundamentals of all phases of product development and has strong skincare category expertise.
  • Creates and distributes Product Development Briefs, providing specific direction to R& D regarding product attributes and expectations for NPD.
  • Oversees the evaluation and direction of formula submissions from lab to production.
  • Partner with the packaging team to develop appropriate delivery system and aesthetic for all products. Review and manage all package submissions
  • Finalize and approve all formulas
  • Collaborate on the development of key product claims and partner with the testing lab to ensure claims are delivered



  • 5-10 years of product development/brand management experience in skincare, cosmetics, or topical dermatology
  • 2-3 years’ management experience
  • Working knowledge of formulation chemistry and ingredient functionality for topical skincare
  • Outstanding oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to set priorities and maintain organization as well as successfully drive others to complete priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Executive Assistant to CEO

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters. The Executive Assistant must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Fluent Mandarin and English Speaking Packaging Development Project Manager-NYC

The Project Manager will need to communicate expertly with customers as well as drive custom new product development projects from conception to launch; managing and organizing all documentation, communicating with China Project Engineers, and ensuring that project milestones are met and the projects are executed on time and as committed.

  • Coordinate and run complex custom packaging development projects from inception to finish
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and related tasks
  • Establish deadlines and hold the team and customer accountable
  • Interact daily with Sales Executives, Account Managers, China PE’s, and department managers insuring clear communication throughout the project
  • Anticipate potential issues that may occur and communicate with the proper departments to create an appropriate corrective action plan

This position is responsible for new packaging development at Fusion from inception to design. We are looking for a Product/Industrial Designer that will work directly with the internal design team to develop new innovative concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping. The designer in this position will be working on internal innovation as well as customer projects with guidance of the design team.



  • Works closely with marketing, sales, account management, operations, and design teams to establish product requirements, and creates manufacturable designs
  • Works closely with Project Managers to achieve specific design goals for customer



  • Comfortable quickly communicating through hand sketching and Illustrator/Photoshop renderings.
  • Has an eye for what is beautiful and their finger on the pulse of what is trending today
  • Can build complicated multi-part products in Solidworks and render in Keyshot

  • Expert level using Solidworks required (minimum 3+ years’ experience, post-school)
