We are seeking an independent, highly motivated, confident, self-starter for an Inside Sales Representative position within our Dallas corporate office and showroom. The primary responsibility of the role is to engage with prospects from across the country as the central point of contact all the way to deal close by overcoming objections and taking a consultative sales approach. Must be comfortable resolving customer questions and offering solutions to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and adapt in an ever changing, fast-paced professional environment. Quick, solid decision-making skills are a must. Must be experienced following up with leads and managing sales pipeline to a close. The ability to learn packaging and beauty related knowledge is required. Candidate should be highly reliable and have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
