KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure minimal system downtime, accurate sync of data across various IT platforms/systems, and timely data/system reporting to key organizational stakeholders.
• Develop annual IT budgets, monitoring performance against budget and continually seeking operating efficiency and cost savings
• Accomplish information technology departmental objectives by communicating expectations; planning, monitoring; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
• Oversee installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications; Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide on-going IT support to C-level: network, internet, phone, email, printers, workstations, scanners and other related equipment
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Oversee order of supplies, computers, hardware, software and related equipment to ensure full functionally of equipment across the organization; Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
• Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
• Leads or participate in other assigned projects
· Minimum of six years in IT support; at least one of leadership experience is strongly desired
· Two or more years experiences with process documentation/process improvement or setting up strategic organizational processes
· In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks; Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with server & RLAN infrastructure
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mac, PC, and Android systems
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
· Certification as IT Technician is a plus (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
· Advanced experience with set-up and user knowledge of Azure AD (Microsoft Office Suite) required
· Experience with Salesforce software required
