The Regional VP of Sales will provide sales leadership and direction to assigned Sales Executives to ensure individual and regional sales goals are met. The Regional VP of Sales Manager will work with executives to develop and execute a sales strategy to enhance market penetration. Sales Executives sell beauty solutions including color and skincare packaging and turnkey on-trend formulations and packaging services for both color and skincare in a competitive and innovative marketplace.
This role will interface with leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization: Sales, U.S. & China Operations, Packaging, Design & Development, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, IT and Human Resources.
