ANODIZATION
Anodization is an electrochemical process used on aluminum components to give the metal surface a durable and decorated finish. Because the surface layer is strengthened as the aluminum is oxidized, this process greatly improves the scratch, heat, and corrosion resistance of the aluminum.
DEBOSS
Debossing is a decoration technique in which a design or text is depressed or engraved below the material’s surface. Similar to embossing, the image, most commonly a logo or brand emblem, is heat-pressed into the surface of the material using a heated die to leave a recessed finish. Debossing is a specialty finishing technique used to give the package multi-textural appeal and a custom, branded look.
EMBOSS
Embossing is a specialty finishing technique in which a raised (or convex) image or text is applied above the surface to give the package a unique, multi-dimensional texture. Fusion is capable of embossing both rigid plastic (overcaps) and certain flexible tubes (Center-Dispensing Tubes).
HEAT TRANSFER LABEL
Heat-transfer labeling is a decoration technique where ink is printed on a flat label. The ink is then transferred from the label to the bottle or jar using heat and pressure. Graphics are printed onto rolls of a special release coated paper using rotogravure. The permanent graphics will not scratch, lift or peel.
HOT STAMP
Hot stamping is the technique of applying a specific colored foil to the surface of a package/closure through the use of heat, pressure and dies. This is the most popular and elegant method to achieve a ‘shiny’ metallic print on bottles, jars and closures. Foil is usually gold or silver but other colors are available. Hot stamping can be rolled onto a container, as in the application of 360° bands or a straight stamp.

UV METALLIZATION
UV Metallization is the application of a metallic coating on to a material. If the metallization is to be colored, the color is applied as a part of the UV coating process.
